MASSterclass: Spectrometry & Cytometry
By Michiel Vermeulen and Yvonne Vercoulen Oncode Institute and CGC host a workshop about quantitative mass spectrometry-based proteomics and mass cytometry. What do you need to run a smooth experiment? Which kind of research questions can be answered? What are the costs? By the end of the workshop you will know what is needed to execute a succesful mass spectrometry or cytometry experiment. Please register here

Strategies and applications using the Cas9/Crispr system
We would like to invite you for a meeting on "Strategies and applications using the Cas9/Crispr system", which will take place on Wednesday March 29 from 13:30 until 17:00 in the Vondelzaal at the Stratenum .
It is clear that during the last couple of years, options for genome editing have rapidly expanded and novel approaches continuously being invented. During the last CMM meeting it became clear
that several groups are actively making use of Cas9 for genome editing, whereas others are interested, but hesitant to actually start using this technique. The goal of this meeting is to share our expertise, tell you about our positive and negative experiences in genome editing and present an outlook on what the near future may bring.
